As a Life Coach specialising in weight and wellness, I help individuals create a healthy, empowered relationship with their bodies — no matter where they are on their journey. My coaching is grounded in real-life experience, deep empathy, and a holistic understanding of how the mind, emotions, and body are all connected.

I know firsthand what it means to live in a body that changes. Over the years, I’ve lost nearly two-thirds of my body weight and have personally experienced life at sizes ranging from 6 to 20. This journey has taught me that wellness is not defined by a number on a scale or a clothing tag — it’s about feeling at home within yourself, cultivating self-compassion, and learning to thrive in the body you have today.

Through our work together, I guide clients who want to lose weight, those who’ve already lost significant weight, and those who are learning to embrace body positivity after years of struggle. My approach combines mindset work, practical wellness strategies, and emotional support to help you build sustainable confidence and inner peace.
