For as long as I can remember, anxiety has been a part of my life. Living with Generalised Anxiety Disorder isn’t just about feeling nervous or stressed — it’s about existing in a constant state of alertness, waiting for something to go wrong, even when life is calm on the surface. It’s that never-ending “fight or flight” mode that can leave you emotionally and physically drained.
For over 30 years, I lived in that space. I know what it’s like to wake up every day with a racing mind, a pounding heart, and a feeling that you just can’t switch off. I know how isolating it can feel when people around you don’t understand — when you’re told to “just relax” or “stop overthinking,” and you wish more than anything that it were that simple.
But over time, I’ve learned that while anxiety may always be a part of who I am, it doesn’t have to define me. Through years of self-development, therapy, and self-awareness, I’ve learned how to step out of survival mode and into a calmer, more grounded way of living. I’ve learned how to handle anxiety in its deepest, darkest moments — and how to use those moments as opportunities for growth and strength.
Now, as a stress and anxiety coach, I use everything I’ve learned — every barrier I’ve faced, every breakthrough I’ve had — to help others find their own way forward. Because when you’ve lived through it yourself, you don’t just know the theory… you feel the reality. And that’s where true understanding begins.
Working with me isn’t about pretending anxiety disappears overnight or that stress will never show up again. It’s about learning to understand your anxiety — to see it as a signal, not an enemy. Together, we’ll explore what triggers your stress responses, how to calm your nervous system, and how to create practical tools that help you move from chaos to calm, from fear to freedom.
I truly believe that you don’t have to live at the mercy of your anxiety. Yes, medication can help — and for many people, it’s a valuable part of recovery. But wouldn’t you also want to have the tools, the awareness, and the inner strength to manage it from within? To feel confident that no matter what life throws your way, you can handle it?
If you’ve been living with stress or anxiety and you’re ready to start changing your relationship with it, I’m here to walk beside you. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I also know what’s possible when you learn how to quiet the noise and reconnect with your calm.
Because on the other side of anxiety, there is peace. There is joy. And there is a future waiting for you — one you can step into with strength, confidence, and hope.
